I’m Gareth Wildman, founder of Transcom National Training. After years working as a professional driver across the UK and Europe — and later as a lead instructor for national training providers — I saw a clear pattern: the best reviews didn’t reflect the company; they reflected the trainers.

Many of the positive reviews left for big-name providers were written about me and my fellow instructors. But behind the scenes, I saw outdated materials, last-minute cancellations, and a “quantity over quality” culture that didn’t support learners.
