What you will cover
Day 1: Transport Manager responsibilities, operator licence undertakings, drivers’ hours oversight, tachograph management, roadworthiness and maintenance systems.
Day 2: Making defensible decisions under commercial pressure, preparing for audits and DVSA encounters, and adapting the policy templates to your own operation.
